A partnership based on Maine-Anjou beef has been formed between the South Eastern Hotel, Mt Gambier and Natasha Millard from Wahroonga West. Natasha supplied the Hotel with a Maine-Anjou carcase in January along with a steer from Maine Park.
The Maine-Anjou beef was available of the menu from January 31 and proved to be popular as it sold out in a matter of days! It was pleasing to see The Hotel utilise every aspect of the Maine-Anjou carcases that were supplied.
Natasha will supply the South Eastern Hotel with further beef in the future.
